How the day went
What 4 October looked like
To host the event, the committee reconfigured its resin courts and marked out eleven pickleball courts. Enough to run a dense day of play, co-organised with its staff.
- 80 players, from the Val-d'Oise but also from other Paris-region departments, from the Oise and from Normandy.
- 135 matches played over the day, across the four draws.
- Four draws: men's 3.0, men's 4.0, mixed 3.0 and mixed 4.0.
- Eleven courts marked out for the occasion on the committee's resin surfaces.
The departmental committee praised the running of the event and used it to gauge its capacity to host a competition of that size. Patricia Froissart, president of the committee, Jean-Philippe Dumont, head of its sports commission, and Marc Bourgeois, of the Île-de-France pickleball commission, attended.

Entries were individual, at a flat €20. Level 3.0 was for intermediate players, 4.0 for advanced ones.

- Every match will be played with the Joola Primo. Worth knowing for your training: the ball changes how the game plays.
- Depending on the number of entries, draws may be merged and a waiting list opened.
- Light refreshments will be available on site, so you can stay for the whole day.

How registration worked

Create your DUPR ID
It is asked for at registration. If you do not have one yet, creating it is free and takes two minutes.

Pick your event
FFT rules forbid entering two draws played on the same day. Men must therefore choose between men's doubles and mixed doubles, not both.

Register on HelloAsso
Select the ticket matching your event and level, then pay the €20 entry fee. HelloAsso will then offer to add a donation: it is optional, choose “Pas de don” if you would rather not contribute.
